FOR RESERVATIONS, ACCOMMODATION AND PROVISION OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES IN SAINT GEORGE HOTEL & MEDICAL SPA

These general conditions for reservations, accommodation and provision of additional services in Saint George Hotel & Medical Spa (hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms") apply to all reservations for Saint George Hotel & Medical Spa / referred to as "Hotel" through the hotel's website, by phone or e-mail, as well as for any additional services provided by the hotel. The general conditions are not final and are subject to adjustment. By browsing and using our website, as well as making inquiries or reservations for accommodation and / or providing additional services at Saint George Hotel & Medical Spa, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions set out below. The General Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations for accommodation and / or the provision of additional services at the Saint George Hotel & Medical Spa, as well as to all visitors to the Hotel, regardless of the reason and quality in their territory. The General Terms and Conditions and the provided online service for reservations of rooms / apartments for accommodation are owned and managed by Trapkov Tours EOOD. You are not permitted to resell, copy, monitor with any spyware or tracking software, download, post, reproduce any information, text or parts of text, software, products or services offered to our website, for any commercial or competitive action or purpose, without the express consent of the Hotel.

All prices listed on our website are in Bulgarian levs (BGN). The total final price of the reservation is determined depending on the days of stay, the number of guests - adults and children, the number and category of rooms, as well as the current price offer for the period. The prices listed on our website include VAT and all other due fees and taxes / which may change depending on changes in tax laws and internal rules of the Hotel /, unless otherwise stated in the offer or in the email with booking confirmation. Some prices may be subject to special restrictions and conditions related to the possibility of cancellation, the amount and the way to reimburse the value of the reservation. Therefore, please pay attention to check the description of the room and the indicated price for the presence of such restrictions and conditions.

Reservations at Saint George Hotel & Medical Spa can be made in the following ways:

- By sending an e-mail / e-mail / to the following e-mail / e-mail address / of the Hotel: office@st george-bg.com;
- By online reservation on the website of the Hotel: www.st-george-bg.com;
- On site at the hotel reception.

Reservation by phone and email

When booking by phone or email, you need to call +359 885 10 54 56 or send an inquiry to email: office@st-george-bg.com, providing information about the name of the guest, period of stay, number of nights , number of guests - adults and children (with specified age), after which you will receive a price offer for accommodation by phone or email. The price offer is valid for 24 hours. Saint George Hotel & Medical Spa reserves the right to change prices and special offers depending on demand and currently available seats.

The request for an offer does not guarantee the preservation of the premises. Upon acceptance of your offer, Saint George Hotel & Medical Spa will send you a booking confirmation to the email address you provided, indicating the availability and room rates currently available. ”This confirmation will describe: number and category of the reserved premises, number of guests (adults and children), date of arrival, date of departure, total value of the reservation and deposit due. It is important, after receiving the confirmation, to carefully read the information provided in it and contact the Hotel if it is necessary to make adjustments to some of the parameters of the reservation.

Upon receipt of the confirmation of your email, the reservation will be considered confirmed, but still NOT GUARANTEED. After receiving the confirmation, you must pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation within 7 / seven / calendar days. The remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation must be paid by 7 / seven / calendar before the date of arrival. Only after receiving the full amount, the reservation will be considered confirmed and GUARANTEED. In case the period from the date of reservation to the date of arrival is less than 7 / seven / calendar days, the final payment must be made on the first working day after the date of reservation, but not later than the day before the day of accommodation.

In case the final payment of the reservation is not made within the deadlines specified above, the Hotel has the right to cancel the reservation, for which you will receive a notification by email or phone call.

Payments by booking made by phone or email can be made in the following 3 ways:
1. on the spot in the hotel with a credit / debit card * or in cash / for reservations worth up to BGN 9,999 /.
2. via our virtual POS terminal with credit / debit card *
3. by bank transfer, indicating your name and reservation number as a reason for payment.

The following credit / debit cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro.

Online reservation through the reservation system of our website

Through the online reservation system on our website, you can make the reservation yourself by entering the required parameters: period of stay, number of adults and select the available room you want.

There are two ways to make online booking payments:
1. Through our virtual POS terminal with credit / debit card * and receive instant confirmation of a successful and GUARANTEED reservation.
2. By bank transfer within 7 / seven / calendar days from the day of reservation, and you must pay a deposit of 100% of the total amount of the reservation. Only after receiving 100% of the total amount, the reservation will be considered GUARANTEED. In case the period from the date of reservation to the date of arrival is less than 7 / seven / calendar days, the final payment must be made on the first working day after the date of reservation, but not later than the day before the day of accommodation. In case the final payment of the reservation is not made within the deadlines specified above, the Hotel has the right to cancel the reservation, for which you will receive a notification by email or phone call.

The following credit / debit cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro.

All requirements and preferences of the client, specified in the additional field for comments, are not binding, but we will do our best to be satisfied.

On-site reservation at the hotel

When booking a place at the hotel, it is necessary to provide information about the name of the guest, period of stay, number of nights, number of guests - adults and children / age /, after which you will be provided with a price offer for accommodation. The accommodation offer for on-site inquiries could be provided on paper or sent by e-mail.

The price offer is valid for 24 hours. Saint George Hotel & Medical Spa reserves the right to change prices and special offers depending on demand and currently available seats.

The request for an offer does not guarantee the preservation of the premises. After accepting the offer from you, Saint George Hotel & Medical Spa will send you a confirmation of the reservation to the e-mail address specified by you, in which you will indicate the currently available rooms and the corresponding prices. This confirmation will describe: number and category of reserved rooms, number of guests (adults and children), date of arrival, date of departure, total value of the reservation and deposit due. It is important, after receiving the confirmation, to carefully read the information provided in it and contact the Hotel if it is necessary to make adjustments to some of the parameters of the reservation.

When booking the reception and check-in for the next 72 hours, payment must be made on site or at the hotel.

When paying a deposit for more than one room, it is necessary to indicate the reservation numbers of the other rooms, as well as the names of the guests.

In case you want to issue an invoice to a legal entity, it is necessary before making the payment to send data on: name, UIC, VAT ID, address and mall of the person to our email: office @ st-george-bg. com or provide them on site at the reception.

Please note that in case the client wishes to be provided with additional services outside the accommodation or has specific requirements regarding food, accommodation, etc., he must state them when making the reservation. The hotel will do its best to satisfy them, but does not guarantee their unconditional fulfillment.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

Accepted credit / debit cards for online payments: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro.

For online reservations, after confirmation of the reservation and payment through a virtual POS terminal, the BORICA payment page opens. The payment screen is located in the 3-D Secure environment of BORICA, providing complete protection of the data entered by the customer. On this screen you should enter the data from your card - card type, number, validity period and CVV2 / CVC2 code. For cards that require additional 3-D authentication, for which you are registered in the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page of your issuing bank opens, where you enter your authentication password.

In order to use your credit / debit card for online payments, you need to activate this service and get your secret code to use in your online payments. Activation can be done at any ATM in the BORICA network.

If the transaction is successful, a transaction note will be displayed on the screen. At the time of online booking, the amount of your reservation will be automatically withdrawn from your card upon completion of the online payment process through a virtual POS terminal. After successful payment of the value, you will receive a confirmation, number and parameters of your GUARANTEED reservation.

We do not charge reservation fees to the room rate and do not charge your personal credit / debit card, as you pay directly to the virtual POS terminal of the bank that provided the hotel's virtual POS terminal.

Payment is processed securely by a third party (bank) and transferred directly from your bank account to the hotel's bank account. Saint George Hotel & Medical Spa does not make, accept or process payments through the bank's virtual POS terminal.

In the event of fraud or unauthorized use of your credit / debit card by third parties, most banks and credit card / debit card companies take the risk and cover all payments resulting from such fraud or abuse, which may sometimes be deductible. . Saint George Hotel & Medical Spa does not enter into a payment relationship with the client at the time of booking a service, but transfers the client to the bank's system. For this reason, Saint George Hotel & Medical Spa is not responsible if the issuer of your credit / debit card withholds funds from you due to unauthorized transactions resulting from making a reservation made on our site.

PAYMENT THROUGH BANK TRANSFER

Payment of the reservation can be made by bank transfer within 7 / seven / calendar days from the moment of registration of the reservation request, to the following bank accounts in EUR and BGN:

All bank fees and transfer costs are at your expense

In case of payments by bank transfer to an account in EUR, the amount of the reservation is calculated according to the BNB finances for the day of payment: EUR 1 = BGN 1.95583.

When requesting payment for a reservation by bank transfer, it is necessary to enter your name and reservation number as the basis for payment. After successfully paying the value of the reservation on offer, you will receive an invoice for the advance payment.

PAYMENT ON PLACE IN THE HOTEL

Payment on the spot at the hotel can be made in Bulgarian levs (BGN) in cash or by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro).

Payments at the reception are accepted only in Bulgarian levs (BGN) according to the BNB finances for the day of payment: 1 euro = 1.95583 levs.

Cash payments are accepted for bookings of up to BGN 9,999. If the value of the reservation is over BGN 10,000, the payment should be made by bank transfer or credit card.

In case you want an invoice of a legal entity for the payment, it is necessary before making the payment to provide data on: name, UIC, VAT ID, address and mall of the person.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations without penalty are accepted up to 8 days before the date of accommodation reflected in the booking confirmation, in which case the full amount paid will be refunded.

Reimbursement of amounts paid for canceled reservations will be made within 15 to 30 working days, in the manner in which the payment was received.

In case of cancellations received less than 7 days before accommodation and in case of No-Show (non-appearance of the client on the date of accommodation), an amount of 100% of the total amount of accommodation will be deducted.

The amount of services not provided is not refundable due to shortening of stay or early departure from the hotel.

Upon refund of the amount paid, all transfer costs (bank fees, etc.) are at your expense.

Please note that certain prices or special offers may not be subject to cancellation or change. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation.

CHANGES ON RESERVATIONS

Changes to reservations (name change, date change, number of guests, room type) are accepted free of charge up to 8 days before arrival, according to availability and valid price conditions at the time of receipt of the change request.

Changes in reservations (change of names, change of dates, number of guests, type of room) received less than 7 days before arrival are accepted according to the availability and valid price conditions at the time of receipt of the request for change, as amounts advance payment is not refundable.

FORCE MAJOR FORCE-FORCE MAJOR

Saint George Hotel & Medical Spa reserves the right to cancel reservations in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotelier. In these cases the hotelier:
- Offers accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices.
- Refunds the paid deposit within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the holder of the reservation, and no penalty is due to the same.

If the guest is unable to travel in case of force majeure and within 7 days before check-in, he should notify the hotel, providing written evidence of the cause of force majeure. In this case, the hotel should provide accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE POLICY

Check-in time - after 14:00. Access to the rooms is only available subject to availability at the time of arrival. Accommodation before 09:00 is provided for a fee in the amount of the price for one night, after 09:00 a fee of 50% / fifty percent / of the price for one night is charged.

Check-out time is until 12:00. Guests who leave the room after this time will be charged BGN 10.00 per hour. Guests who vacate the room after 18:00 will be charged a fee per night.

In case you want to check in earlier or leave later, it is mandatory to make an inquiry a day earlier at the Reception to check the possibility, according to availability on the day of arrival and departure.

SMOKING POLICY

In accordance with Bulgarian law, Saint George Hotel & Medical Spa follows a policy of non-smoking in all interior areas of the hotel, including: guest rooms, public areas and corridors. For guests who do not comply with our policy, a fine of BGN 200.00 is imposed, which each Guest, Client and Visitor gives his unconditional consent to be added to the account of the room, restaurant or requested by the violator personally.

The infringer is also personally liable for the administrative sanctions imposed by the competent authorities in connection with the infringement.

DRESSCODE AND GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT

The dress code of all public places on the territory of the hotel is sporty and elegant. Guests are only allowed in swimsuits at the hotel’s swimming pools.

It is not allowed to use music / bluetooth / speakers and play music in the common areas of the hotel, which disturbs the peace and relaxation of other guests. The hotel reserves the right not to tolerate unacceptable levels of noise or guest behavior. You are responsible for adhering to generally accepted standards of good behavior during your stay at the Hotel. In case of refusal to comply, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without liability for refund or compensation.

The hotel's policy is not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, nationality, religion, gender, marital status, age, ethnic origin or disability. Guests and staff are expected to adhere to this policy and the hotel reserves the right to remove from the hotel any person or persons who have committed violations of this policy.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel and restaurant.

All costs for material damage to the hotel are paid by the perpetrators at market prices specified by the Hotel.

The air conditioners in the hotel rooms only work when the balcony door is closed.

In case of a lost room card or spa towel card, a compensation fee of BGN 10 will be charged.

For security reasons, CCTV cameras are installed in all public areas of the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to make changes to the opening hours of all dining and entertainment facilities.

COMPLAINTS

All complaints about the quality of the services provided by the Hotel must be submitted by the client on site at the hotel during the stay. The complaint is made in writing. In case the client deems that his requirements are not met, he must request the relevant responsible person to draw up a report. Within 5 / five / working days after the drawing up of the protocol the client will receive the official opinion on the problem from the hotel manager.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOTEL

The hotel is only responsible for direct damages incurred and paid by the customer as a result of non fulfillment of obligations by the hotel in connection with the services we offer, up to the total amount of your reservation, as stated in the confirmation email. However, the hotel, or any of its employees or representatives, shall not be liable for any loss, lost profit or damage related to the Bank's Virtual Pos Terminal (including withholding funds from you due to unauthorized transactions resulting from the execution of reservation made on our website); for any loss, lost benefit or damage resulting from or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our website; for any trauma, death, or other damages suffered or for which you have been held liable or paid for by you, whether due to legal acts, errors, omissions, general non-performance, intentional crime, misconduct or non-performance of direct obligations by the virtual Pos terminal of the bank. Saint George Hotel & Medical Spa is not responsible for services outside the hotel that the customer has purchased individually on site.

Saint George Hotel & Medical Spa is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms, restaurant or pool, as well as for damages caused by third parties.

Amounts for services ordered but not used in full or in part due to the fault of the client are not refundable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The software through which the travel services are provided and used on our website, as well as the intellectual property rights (including copyrights) of the content and information on the website, are the property of Saint George Hotel & Medical Spa. You may not copy, forward, publish, sell, integrate or use in any way the content of the website without the express written permission of the Hotel.

PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is protected according to the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and is used only by the reservation department of Saint George Hotel & Spa. Trapkov Tours EOOD, with UIC 102690405, with registered office and address of management: Pomorie 8200, 15 Yavorov Str., Is a personal data administrator and is responsible for compliance with the provisions of the General Regulation for Personal Data Protection 2016/679. Please read the Privacy Policy of Saint George Hotel & Medical Spa published in advance on our website.

OTHERS

These General Terms and Conditions are regulated and interpreted in accordance with Bulgarian law and all disputes arising from them should be resolved through negotiations, and when this is not possible, they should be referred to the competent courts in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The original Bulgarian version of the General Terms and Conditions has been translated into other languages, and in case of discrepancies between the Bulgarian version and the foreign language version of these Terms and Conditions, the Bulgarian version should be applied.
