Levent Winery, founded in 2005 by brothers Plamen and Atanas Bobokov and enologist Tsanko Stanchev, is located in a restored military facility with nearly two centuries of history. The place exudes a spirit of tradition and precision, and its wines are the result of careful selection of grapes and a perfect balance between modern technologies and respect for classical methods. The K2 blend combines the power and depth of Cabernet Sauvignon with the elegance and aromatic profile of Cabernet Franc. The color is deep ruby, and the aroma is complex, with nuances of blackcurrant, black cherry and sour cherry, delicately intertwined with spices, cedar and fine vanilla from aging in French and American oak. The taste is medium to full-bodied, with balanced tannins and an impressive length that reveals the potential for aging.

The vineyards are selected after decades of research, cultivated with care and hand-picked to ensure maximum ripeness and purity of the fruit. Gentle vinification technologies preserve the fruit character and varietal aromas, and the thick stone walls of the cellar maintain an ideal microclimate for the slow and harmonious development of the wine.
