A festive Christmas Eve dinner awaits you at The Bar & Grill by Saint George restaurant, full of traditional Bulgarian dishes, and during the rest of the holiday days you have the opportunity to enjoy Black Sea delicacies — from fresh turbot to aromatic mussels, prepared with love from local products. Choose the romance of the veranda overlooking the garden or the coziness of the Irish pub. Relax in our Medical SPA center with a heated pool with salt electrolysis, saunas and relaxing therapies inspired by the natural wealth of Pomorie.

Stay in cozy rooms with a modern and classic atmosphere, with panoramic views of the sea or the park, enjoy delicious healthy snacks and let the sea breeze fill you with festive energy. At the family hotel... Christmas is a celebration of taste, warmth and the sea!

If the guest wishes to be accommodated in a double room for private use, then 80% of the cost of two packages for two is paid and they choose from:

• Double standard room with terrace;
• Standard double room with a terrace with panoramic sea view.

The package price includes:

• 2, 3 or 4 nights with breakfast included;
• Dinner with a themed festive Christmas Eve sharing menu with drinks included (wine and brandy);
• Option to add a 3-course set menu dinner for all dates of stay outside of 24.12 (when it is Christmas Eve);
• Travel insurance and fee;
• WiFi throughout the hotel;
• Wellness package for complete relaxation: infrared sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath, fitness, integrated jacuzzi in the pool, salt relaxation area, adventure shower, indoor pool with salt electrolysis.

Holiday Dinner Accommodation Policy

General provisions

The accommodation of guests during the holiday dinners (including Christmas Eve and all dinners included in the package) is organized by the restaurant according to the number of guests per package and the capacity of the selected hall.

Halls and hours of operation

For each evening, after consultation with the restaurant, a specific room is designated for the set menu dinner. For Christmas Eve, the time range is between 7:30 PM and 10:00 PM, and guests will be informed of the specific room where it will be held.

Guest accommodation

The seats and arrangement of the tables are determined in advance by the restaurant. Every effort is made to accommodate:

• group and individual reservations to be accommodated in their company;
• to avoid mixing up separate, unrelated reservations.

Traditional Christmas Eve dinner

The entire table is pre-planned, set and served. The menu includes traditional holiday dishes. Wine and brandy are included with the dinner, which are part of the package price. Guests are provided with a special service person for the event, to whom additional drinks from the bar can be requested.

For standard dinners, guests receive a three-course set menu:

• choice of salad/appetizer for first course;
• choice of main course;
• dessert for the third course.

The menu offers a wide selection of approximately 50 dishes that can be combined freely. Drinks are not included and are requested and paid for additionally through the waiter.

Payment method:

• Deposit of 50% of the package price within 5 /five/ days from the date of reservation;
• Final payment of the full value of the package by December 15, 2025.
• 10% discount for reservations made and prepaid 100% until 31.10.2025.

Booking and accommodation conditions:

• A reservation is considered confirmed after payment of a deposit of 50% of the package price;
• Advance payment deadline: from the moment of making a reservation, guests have 5 days to make the advance payment. In case of delay, a one-time reminder is sent by the Reservation Department. If payment is not received after that, the reservation is considered canceled;
• Free cancellation is possible until 15.11.2025. In case of cancellation after this date, the deposit paid is not refundable and is considered a penalty;
• Final payment: the full amount of the package must be paid by 15.12.2025. If the amount is not received by this date, the reservation is considered canceled and the deposit is considered a penalty;
• Early booking discount: to take advantage of the 10% discount (valid until 31.10.2025), guests must pay the full price of the package by this date;
• Check-in: after 3:00 PM on the date according to the selected package;
• Check-out: until 12:00 on the day of departure.

Group bookings

Each booking is considered an individual booking unless it has been previously stated that it is part of a group booking. For group bookings, there must be one representative of the group who will take responsibility for payments on behalf of all. If there is no designated organizer, the bookings are considered separate individuals and the hotel cannot guarantee shared accommodation in the same room or at the same table.

This condition applies because otherwise each part of the group may make payment at a different time, some participants may cancel later, and others may change their reservations. Such situations lead to the need for constant rearrangement and adjustment of the distribution of tables and rooms, which creates uncertainty and inconvenience for both the event organization and the other guests.
