Prices in EURO for double or single accommodation, BB (bed and breakfast) and conditions for promotional campaigns with early booking discounts:

• Reservations with 50% advance payment until the end dates of the individual promotional campaigns and the possibility of free cancellation until 30.04.2026;
• — 20% discount for reservations made and prepaid until 31.01.2026;
• — 15% discount for reservations made and prepaid until 31.03.2026;
• — 10% discount for reservations made and prepaid until 30.04.2026;
• For 7 nights and more, guests receive a 10% BONUS discount for long stays. The long stay discount is combined with the Early Bird discount. The two discounts are applied sequentially and are not summed up as one total discount.

Prices are in EURO per room according to the number of guests accommodated:

• Overnight stay;
• Breakfast;
• Use of an indoor heated pool with salt electrolysis (Water temperature is maintained between 28°C and 31°C);
• Guests have access to a Roof-top sky bar with a jacuzzi and sun loungers (open from 01.06 — 30.09.2026);
• Wellness package — use of an indoor pool with integrated jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, salt relaxation area, contrast shower, fitness;
• Tourist tax, insurance and VAT;
• Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Additional services:

• Supplement for dinner HB on A la carte menu and without drinks included (adult) — 25 euros per person;
• Supplement for dinner HB on A la carte menu and without drinks included (adult) (child 2 —11.99 years old) — 15 euros per child.

Parking options

Option 1: The hotel has a limited number and for this reason we ask you to check in advance whether there are any available business hotel subscriptions for the dates of your stay. 

Price per day — from 6.50 to 8.50 euros. (from May to September) per vehicle. When leaving your parking space, our team takes care of keeping your place and you have a guaranteed parking space at any time during your vacation with us.

Option 2: Paid public parking in front of the hotel, with a capacity of up to 25 parking spaces, which is secured with video surveillance and parking space is not guaranteed.

Price per day — from 6 to 8 euros, price per hour - 1.50 euros (from May to September).

Option 3: Alternative parking spaces are available at several other public paid parking lots located 600 — 650 — 850 m. from the hotel. All parking lots are under video surveillance, but parking space reservation is not possible. When leaving the parking lot from the vehicle, the parking space is not reserved and is charged again per hour upon subsequent return. The same pricing conditions apply as for the public parking lot in front of the hotel.

Option 4: Free buffer parking areas — unguarded and without video surveillance — are located in the area of ​​"Kapkata" and next to the Evangelical Church, respectively 900 m. and 1000 m. away from the hotel.

Booking conditions

The offer is valid for reservations made and prepaid by:

• — 20% discount until 31.01.2026.;
• — 15% discount until 31.03.2026.;
• — 10% discount until 30.04.2026.

A 30% down payment is required, due by the relevant end date of the promotional period..

The balance for early registrations is paid by 31.05.2026! 

Reservations not paid by the relevant promotion end date are considered cancelled.

Early Bird Cancellations for Summer 2026:

• Until April 30 — free cancellation;
• After April 30 — 30% penalty (advance payment is withheld).

Standard reservations from 01.05.2026 (after the early booking period for Summer 2026)

Upon confirmation of a reservation, an advance payment of 50% of the reservation value is due, payable within 5 days.

The balance is due 7 days before arrival.

Free cancellation according to season:

• Low season: up to 7 days before arrival;
• Mid season: up to 14 days before arrival;
• High season: up to 21 days before arrival.

Penalties after the expiration of the free periods:

• Cancellation after the free period — penalty 50% of the value;
• Cancellation 3 days or less before arrival — 100% penalty.

No-Show

In case of no-show:

• 100% of the reservation value will be charged;
• Advance payments are not refundable.

General terms and conditions

All reservations are accepted in writing (by email).

Changes are made according to availability and current conditions..

The hotel may update prices and conditions with 30 days' notice, except for changes in state or municipal taxes.
