The package is a combination of procedures for the musculoskeletal system: arthrorheumatic diseases - rheumatic arthritis, arthrosis, disc herniation, sciatica, after traumatic fractures.

The Medical Spa package includes several different combinations of 2 treatments per day:

• Free health consultation by a medical professional from the Medical Spa center;
• Partial mud application;
• Partial massage;
• Compress with lye;
• Interferema;
• Lugophoresis;
• Magnetic field;
• Ultrasound/phonophoresis;
• Inhalation with lye;
• Infrared lamp.

In case guests wish, they can include an additional 3rd procedure to the package from the above with a 10% discount from the regular price in the spa menu after the health consultation and approval by the medical person.

You have the opportunity to benefit from a medical consultation by booking an appointment in advance. The expert medical consultation is carried out by a medical professional from the team or by Assoc. Dr. Antoineta Grozeva - a specialist in physical and rehabilitation medicine, a long-time practitioner at the Specialized Hospital for Rehabilitation in the city of Pomorie and a part-time teacher and director of the Medical College in the city of Burgas.

The Medical Spa package includes accommodation, breakfast or breakfast and dinner and medical treatments:

• Overnight stay;
• A healthy breakfast of high-quality products and drinks;
• Dinner on an A la carte menu (3-course) in the restaurant;
• 2 or 3 treatments per day;
• 10% discount on spa treatments;
• Wellness package — indoor pool with integrated jacuzzi, salt relax zone, steam bath, infrared cabin, contrast shower, dry herbal sauna, gym;
• Use of an indoor heated pool with salt electrolysis;
• Use of a sky bar with jacuzzi and sun loungers;

Terms of payment: 

• A payment of 50% of the booking value is required within 5 working days of written confirmation of the booking;
• The rest of the amount is paid at the hotel in cash or by card.

Basis of payment: The three names of the guest and the reservation number

Check-in and check-out:

• Check-in after 3:00 PM;
• Check-out until 12:00.

Cancellations and No Shows: 

• In case of cancellation up to 21 days before the check-in date: no deductions;
• In case of cancellation 20 days before the check-in date: 50% of the total amount of the reservation;
• No-show penalties: deposit paid by the date of cancellation;
• In case of cancellation up to 21 days before the check-in date, the reservation is canceled free of charge and no penalty fees are due;
• In case of cancellation from 20  days before the check-in date, the guest owes an advance payment of 50% of the reservation value, which is non-refundable;
• In case of no-show, a penalty of 50% of the requested services is due and the reservation is cancelled;
• In case of premature termination of the stay, the paid sums are not refunded and the remaining nights on the reservation are cancelled;
• Saint George Hotel – Force Majeure Policy - In the event of a force majeure circumstance, the hotel management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a one-time voucher equal to the value of the prepaid reservation, instead of retaining the amount. This voucher may be used for a future stay within a specified period.

Parking options in the town of Pomorie:

• Secure parking spaces at the hotel — limited number, advance reservation recommended. Price: BGN 12 (€6) / day (May – October). Upon leaving the parking space, it remains reserved for the entire period of stay;
• Public parking in front of the hotel — secured with video surveillance, but no guaranteed space. Price: BGN 12  (€6) / day or BGN 2 (€1) / hour (May – October);
• Alternative public paid and free parking lots (650 – 850 m. from the hotel) — with video surveillance, no possibility of reserving a spot. Same pricing conditions as the public parking lot in front of the hotel;
• Free buffer parking areas (unguarded, without video surveillance) - in the area of ​​"Kapkata" (900 m.) and next to the Evangelical Church (1000 m.).
