• In the event of cancellation after a reservation has been made, confirmed and prepaid at 50%, the hotel reserves the right to retain the payment received as compensation for lost revenue. At the management's discretion, instead of retaining the amount, a one-time voucher equivalent to the value of the paid reservation may be issued. The voucher can be used for a future stay within a specified period;
• In the event of an early departure, payments already made are non-refundable, and any remaining nights included in the reservation will be cancelled;
• Saint George Force Majeure Policy: In the event of force majeure circumstances, at the management's discretion, instead of retaining the amount paid, a one-time voucher equivalent to the value of the paid reservation may be issued. The voucher can be used for a future stay within a specified period.
