At Saint George Hotel — Medical SPA, you will find everything you need to turn your winter getaway into a special time for yourself and your loved ones. At our Medical SPA Centre, you can enjoy a variety of wellness and restorative treatments, including massages, physiotherapy, therapeutic mud treatments, hydrotherapy and brine therapy. These treatments are available at an additional charge, subject to availability and, where necessary, following a medical consultation. The Finnish sauna and steam bath further enhance the feeling of warmth and relaxation.

Booking and Payment Conditions:

• Minimum stay: 2 nights;
• Additional discount: Save 10% on your accommodation when booking 5 nights or more;
• No advance payment required: No advance payment or deposit is required to confirm your reservation;
• Payment at the hotel: The total cost of your stay is payable at the hotel, either in cash or by bank transfer;
• Reservations: By phone or email. Following an availability check, you will receive written confirmation of your reservation;
• Validity: The offer is valid for stays from 20 November to 20 December 2026 and from 4 January to 28 February 2027 (inclusive), subject to room availability.

All prices are in euros, per person, per night, based on accommodation for two full-paying guests.

Single Occupancy

For single occupancy of a room by one adult guest, the following preferential rates apply:

• Bed and Breakfast (BB): 90% of the advertised price for two full-paying guests;
• Half Board (HB): 75% of the advertised price for two full-paying guests.

Single occupancy rates are calculated based on the total price of the respective package for two guests.

Accommodation for a Third and Fourth Guest

Depending on the room category and capacity, additional guests may be accommodated.

Supplementary Charges for Additional Guests

Prices are in euros, per additional guest, per night. Supplementary charges are fixed and are not eligible for discounts.

Room Categories Offering Additional Accommodation

Conditions for Additional Accommodation:

• Supplementary charges apply per additional guest, per night;
• Children aged 2 to 11.99 years accommodated in a regular bed are charged the full applicable accommodation rate;
• Children up to 1.99 years of age stay free of charge, without a separate dinner portion.';
• Additional accommodation is available only in room categories with sufficient capacity;
• The additional 10% discount for extended stays does not apply to supplementary charges for third and fourth guests.

What Is Included in Your SPA Holiday

Breakfast Every Morning

Served from 07:30 to 10:00 in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast is offered as a buffet or from a pre-arranged menu, depending on hotel occupancy.

Dinner with the HB Package

When booking the HB package, dinner served as a three-course menu is included at the hotel restaurant from 18:30 to 20:30.

Beverages during dinner are not included in the package price and are charged separately.

Access to the SPA Area

Complimentary use of:

• Finnish sauna;
• Steam bath.

Medical SPA and Restorative Treatments

During the promotional period, our Medical SPA Centre will also be operating, offering guests a variety of treatments at an additional charge, including:

• Massages;
• Physiotherapy;
• Therapeutic mud treatments;
• Hydrotherapy;
• Brine therapy.

Treatments are provided subject to availability and, where necessary, following a medical consultation.

Important Information About the Indoor Swimming Pool

As part of the renovation and modernisation programme at Saint George Hotel in Pomorie, the indoor swimming pool will be temporarily closed for renovation from 4 to 30 November 2026 (inclusive).

We plan to reopen the pool on 1 December 2026, welcoming our guests with an updated appearance and contemporary design.

Should the renovation works be completed ahead of schedule and the pool become ready for use earlier, we will be delighted to reopen it to our guests during November, at no additional charge under the terms of this offer.

When booking a minimum of 5 nights, you receive an additional 10% discount on the price of your main accommodation!

More days mean more time to truly recharge. Enjoy the fresh sea air, peaceful surroundings and the opportunity to benefit from the restorative treatments available at the hotel's Medical SPA Centre.

The discount is calculated on the price of the main accommodation under the selected BB or HB package. It does not apply to supplementary charges for third and fourth guests or additional services.

Parking Options in Pomorie:

• Secure hotel parking spaces: Limited availability. Advance reservation is recommended. Price: €4.50 per day (October — May) | €9.50 per day (June — September). Once you leave the parking space, it remains reserved for you throughout your stay.
• Public parking in front of the hotel: Monitored by CCTV, but parking spaces cannot be guaranteed. Price: €4.50 per day (October — May) | €9.50 per day (June — September), or €1.00 per hour (October — May) | €1.50 per hour (June — September).
• Alternative public paid and free parking areas: Located approximately 650 — 850 metres from the hotel. Monitored by CCTV, with no option to reserve a space in advance. The same pricing conditions apply as for the public parking in front of the hotel.
• Free designated parking areas: Unsupervised and without CCTV surveillance, located in the area of "Kapkata" (approximately 900 metres away) and near the Evangelical Church (approximately 1,000 metres away).
