We are delighted to once again open the doors of Saint George Hotel & Medical SPA for the festive days around New Year.

A few days by the sea await you, filled with comfort and warmth, time for SPA and relaxation, festive atmosphere and, of course, a special New Year's Eve to share together.

To give every guest the freedom to choose the stay that suits them best, we have prepared packages for 2, 3 or 4 nights, with a choice of accommodation categories.

New Year packages

All prices below are per person per night, based on standard accommodation for two paying guests in double rooms, unless otherwise stated.

Prices are calculated according to the total value of the selected 2-, 3- or 4-night package.

All prices are per person per night.

Single occupancy

For single occupancy of a double room, the package price is calculated at 70% of the total price of two full-paying guests for the respective accommodation category.

Standard Family Room

The price for the Standard Family Room is calculated per person based on two main guests. The room consists of two connecting bedrooms and must be booked for a minimum of 4 guests. The third and fourth guests are charged according to the additional accommodation rates below.

Additional accommodation

Depending on the accommodation category, additional guests may be accommodated as follows.

Standard Double Room with terrace and side sea view: up to 1 additional guest on a sofa chair.

Standard Studio with large terrace and park view: up to 2 additional guests on sofa chairs.

Standard Studio with terrace and sea view: up to 1 additional guest on a sofa.

Standard Family Room: up to 2 additional guests in the second connecting bedroom.

Premium Double Room with terrace and park view: up to 1 additional guest on a fixed sofa.

Premium Family Room with terrace and sea view: up to 2 additional guests. The room features two 160 × 200 cm beds, therefore two additional guests share one of the double beds.

Premium Studio with large terrace and park view: up to 2 additional guests on fixed sofas.

Premium Studio with large terrace and sea view: up to 1 additional guest on a fixed sofa.

Standard Apartment with separate bedroom, terrace and sea view: up to 2 additional guests on two sofa chairs.

Additional guest rates

Child aged 2 to 11.99 years: €70 per child per night

Guest aged 12 and over: €90 per guest per night

What is included in the New Year package?

Each package includes:

Accommodation
2, 3 or 4 nights according to the selected package and accommodation category.

Breakfast
Daily buffet breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00.

SPA access
Access to the hotel's SPA area, including:

heated indoor swimming pool with salt electrolysis, approximately 29°C;

salt relaxation area;

steam bath;

sauna;

other operating facilities in the SPA area according to their opening hours.

New Year's Eve celebration
A festive New Year's Eve programme on 31 December, including the organised celebration of the arrival of 2027 in one of the hotel's restaurant spaces.

Also included
Tourist tax, tourist insurance and VAT.

Medical SPA

During their stay, guests may also enjoy the additional services of the hotel's Medical SPA centre at an extra charge.

Available therapies include mud therapy, lye therapy, hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, massages, relaxation and wellness therapies, as well as other treatments from the current Medical SPA menu.

During the Medical SPA centre's operating hours, from 09:00 to 18:00, guests may also arrange a consultation with a medical specialist in the doctor's office, subject to schedule and prior appointment.

The Medical SPA centre combines Pomorie's natural resources with professional therapeutic and relaxation services.

New Year's Eve

For the festive evening, Saint George Hotel & Medical SPA offers three separate restaurant spaces, each with its own character and defined capacity.

The allocation is arranged in advance when the reservation is confirmed, according to the number of guests, the size of the party and the remaining availability.

Private restaurant hall with bar

A separate hall located beneath the Premium wing of the hotel, designed with an atmosphere inspired by a traditional Irish pub, with references to Ancient Anhialo and a dedicated wall of fame.

Capacity: approximately 30–32 guests.

The space is particularly suitable for one or two larger groups seeking a more private atmosphere, while it may also accommodate several smaller reservations.

The DJ is not located directly in the hall, but the musical programme is broadcast and played within the space. All planned artistic and show performances from the official New Year's Eve programme will also be presented for guests in this hall.

Main restaurant hall

The main restaurant hall of Saint George Family Restaurant and the largest of the three spaces.

Capacity: approximately 50 guests.

Tables are arranged according to the size of the parties and confirmed reservations. Due to the configuration of the hall, opportunities for moving already allocated parties at a later stage are limited.

Winter veranda

A glazed and heated winter veranda directly connected to the main restaurant hall.

Capacity: approximately 40–44 guests, arranged in two sections of approximately 20–22 seats.

The veranda offers a more open atmosphere, together with a direct view towards the park and the central part of Pomorie.

Smoking policy

Smoking regulations will comply with the legislation applicable at the time of the event.

Conventional cigarettes will not be permitted inside the restaurant halls. Designated smoking areas will be provided outside the dining areas.

The possibility of using electronic cigarettes on the veranda will be confirmed additionally according to the applicable regulations and the hotel's arrangements at the time of the event.

Early booking · 10% off

Guests who make their reservation by 31 October 2026 inclusive may benefit from:

10% discount

The discount applies to the published package prices.

To qualify for the early booking discount, the reservation must be confirmed with a 50% advance payment by 31 October 2026.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 4 December 2026.

Reservation and payment terms

Reservations made by 31 October 2026

The early booking conditions with a 10% discount apply.

Required:

50% advance payment by 31 October 2026;

100% final payment by 4 December 2026.

Reservations made after 31 October and by 4 December 2026

The standard published package prices apply, without the early booking discount.

Required:

50% advance payment within 5 days of making the reservation;

final payment by 4 December 2026.

Reservations made after 4 December 2026

Reservations are accepted subject to remaining availability and are confirmed upon receipt of 100% payment within 3 days of booking, unless the hotel specifies a shorter deadline due to the proximity of the arrival date.

All New Year reservations must be paid in full no later than 4 December 2026.

For reservations made after 4 December 2026, 100% prepayment is required within 48 hours of the hotel's confirmation of the reservation.

Important information

Due to the limited capacity, availability for the New Year period is limited.

During this period, the hotel accepts reservations exclusively as part of the New Year package offers. Individual overnight stays without participation in the New Year's Eve celebration are not available.

Choice of restaurant space for 31 December

When making the reservation, guests will be informed of the restaurant spaces available at that time.

The choice and confirmation of the restaurant space form an integral part of the New Year reservation.

Once the seating arrangement has been finalised, the hotel cannot guarantee a subsequent change of restaurant space or relocation of a party to another area.

This arrangement allows us to organise the tables, capacity and service in each restaurant space in advance and ensure the greatest possible comfort for all our guests.
