At the discretion of the management, instead of retaining the amount, a one-time voucher for the value of the paid reservation may be issued, to be used for future accommodation within a certain period.;
• In case of early termination of the stay, the amounts paid are not refunded and the remaining nights on the reservation are canceled;
• Saint George force majeure policy: In the event of force majeure, at the discretion of the management, instead of withholding the amount, a one-time voucher for the value of the paid reservation may be issued, to be used for future accommodation within a certain period.
