Payment terms:
Payment of 100% of the reservation value is required within 5 working days after written confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellations and No Shows:
- If cancelled up to 5 days before the check-in date: no deductions;
- If cancelled 4 days before the check-in date: 100% of the entire reservation amount (The guest has the right to a one-time change of check-in dates. If the change is outside the scope of the specific offer, the package prices will be recalculated);
- In case of no show: 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
Parking options in the town of Pomorie with a year-round blue zone and a limited number of secured parking spaces with video surveillance:
The hotel has a limited number and for this reason we ask you to check in advance whether there are any available official hotel subscriptions for the dates of your stay. Price per day - 8 BGN (from October to April) and 12 BGN (from May to September) per vehicle. When you leave your parking space, our team will take care of keeping your space and you have a guaranteed parking space at any time during your vacation with us.
Paid public parking in front of the hotel, with a capacity of up to 25 parking spaces, which is secured with video surveillance and parking space is not guaranteed.
- Price per day - 8 BGN, price per hour - 2 BGN (from October to April);
- Price per day - 12 BGN, price per hour - 2 BGN (from May to September).
When leaving the parking lot from the vehicle, the parking space is not reserved and is charged again per hour upon subsequent return.
Alternative parking spaces are available at several other public paid parking lots located 650-850 m. from the hotel. All parking lots are under video surveillance, but parking space reservation is not possible. Free buffer parking areas - unguarded and without video surveillance - are located in the area of "Kapkata" and next to the Evangelical Church, respectively 900 m. and 1000 m. away from the hotel.
