Check-in and check-out:
- Check-in after 2:00 PM;
- Check-out time 12:00.
Анулации и No Show:
- If cancelled up to 7 days before the check-in date: no deductions;
- If cancelled 6 days before the check-in date: 50% of the total reservation amount;
- Penalties for no-shows: deposit paid by the date of cancellation;
- In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date, the reservation is canceled free of charge and no penalty fees are due.;
- In case of cancellation 6 days before the check-in date, the guest owes the advance payment of 50% of the reservation value, which is non-refundable.;
- In case of no show, a penalty of 50% of the requested services is due and the reservation is canceled.;
- In case of early termination of the stay, the amounts paid are not refunded and the remaining nights on the reservation are canceled.;
- Saint George force majeure policy: In the event of force majeure, guests who have booked and prepaid their stay at Saint George will be provided with a voucher for the amount paid, which can be used in a future period upon prior arrangement and confirmation by the hotel. Guests have the option to change the names on the reservations. This force majeure option is valid for current and future reservations with a planned stay up to 6 months after the date of the initial reservation.
Parking options in Pomorie:
- Secure parking spaces at the hotel — limited number, advance reservation recommended. Price: 8 BGN/day (October – April). Upon leaving the parking space, it remains reserved for the entire period of stay.;
- Public parking in front of the hotel - secured with video surveillance, but no guaranteed space. Price: 8 BGN/day or 2 BGN/hour (October - April);
- Alternative public paid and free parking lots (650 – 850 m. from the hotel) — with video surveillance, without the possibility of reserving a place. Same pricing conditions as the public parking lot in front of the hotel.
- Free buffer parking areas (unguarded, without video surveillance) - in the area of "Kapkata" (900 m.) and next to the Evangelical Church (1000 m.).
