Payment in the amount of 30% of the reservation value is required within 5 working days after written confirmation of the reservation (if the reservation period is close to the check-in date - up to 3 days, no prepayment is required);

In case of cancellation, the advance payment of 30% of the reservation value is non-refundable;
In case of no-show, a penalty of 30% of the requested services is due and the reservation is cancelled;
In case of premature termination of the stay, the paid amounts are not refunded and the remaining nights on the reservation are cancelled;

Paid public parking in front of the hotel, with a capacity of up to 25 parking spaces, which is guarded by video surveillance and reservation of a parking space is not guaranteed.
