A payment of 30 % of the reservation value is required within 5 working days after written confirmation of the reservation (if the reservation period is close to the check-in date - up to 3 days, no prepayment is required);
The rest of the amount is paid at the hotel in cash or by card.

In case of cancellation, the advance payment of 30 % of the reservation value is non-refundable;
In case of no-show, a penalty of 30 % of the requested services is due and the reservation is cancelled;

We have a limited number and for this reason we ask you to reserve your parking space in advance through us. Price per day - BGN 12, as per hour BGN 2 per vehicle.
