Payment terms:
An advance payment of 50% of the total cost of the reservation is required in advance, and the final payment is made on site at the hotel in cash or by card.

- If cancelled up to 7 days before the check-in date: no deductions;
- If cancelled 6 days before the check-in date: 50% of the total reservation amount;
- Penalties for no-show: deposit paid by the date of cancellation;

- In case of early termination of the stay, the amounts paid are not refunded and the remaining nights on the reservation are canceled;
- Saint George force majeure policy: In the event of force majeure, guests who have booked and prepaid their stay at Saint George will be provided with a voucher for the amount paid, which can be used in a future period upon prior arrangement and confirmation by the hotel. Guests have the option to change the names on the reservations. This force majeure option is valid for current and future reservations with a planned stay up to 6 months after the date of the initial reservation.

The hotel has a limited number and for this reason we ask you to check in advance whether there are any available official hotel subscriptions for the dates of your stay. Price per day - 8 BGN (from October to April) and 12 BGN (from May to September) per vehicle. When you leave your parking space, our team will take care of keeping your space and you have a guaranteed parking space at any time during your vacation with us.
Paid public parking in front of the hotel, with a capacity of up to 25 parking spaces, which is secured with video surveillance and parking space is not guaranteed.
- Price per day - 8 BGN, price per hour - 2 BGN (from October to April);
- Price per day - 12 BGN, price per hour - 2 BGN (from May to September).
When leaving the parking lot from the vehicle, the parking space is not reserved and is charged again per hour upon subsequent return.
Alternative parking spaces are available at several other public paid parking lots located 650-850 m. from the hotel. All parking lots are under video surveillance, but parking space reservation is not possible. Free buffer parking areas - unguarded and without video surveillance - are located in the area of "Kapkata" and next to the Evangelical Church, respectively 900 m. and 1000 m. away from the hotel.
